2. Fully Automated & Informationized HDG Centrifugal Plant for Standard Parts

Feature 1: The galvanizing area of the production line is operated by robots, which is efficient, stable, and ensures quality while eliminating the unsafe factors of high-temperature operation.

Feature 2: With the online centrifugal technology, which completes zinc basket grabbing, centrifugal and direct excess zinc collection to reduce oxidation rate and quick reuse of excess zinc. 

Feature 3: Movable galvanizing platform, which facilitates operations such as dross cleaning, site cleaning, and equipment maintenance while integrating a three-station turntable, centrifugal equipment, and galvanizing fume collection hood to achieve high efficiency and low consumption.

Feature 4: The production line achieves online completion of data collection of product information, location information, zinc consumption, and equipment operating parameters through the incorporation of information technology and digital technology, enabling the off-machine operation to ensure safety and minimize production costs.

1. The automatic hot-dip galvanizing line for  steel pipe realizes fully automatic pickling in the closed room, while ensuring the efficiency of pickling. It realizes automatic replacement of pickling slings to avoid bringing in flux liquid into the pickling tank, thus to achieve the purpose of using clean acid.

2. Optimised design of galvanising equipment, simpler operation, lower noise, higher stability and easier maintenance.

3. Automation and informationization of the whole system, which facilitates the control of production costs and the improvement of product quality.

4. Continuous Galvanizing Line (CGL) - ZAM (Zn-Al-Mg) 


According to the orientation of "Intelligent transformation and digital transformation", our company adopts the design of three-dimensional, modular, integrated and standardization for the production line. By the means of factory prefabrication and on-site assembly, the fast installation is realized while improving the standards and greatly shortening the project delivery period, to achieve the goal of fast delivery and fast reaching the designed production capacity; through the integration of the automation, information and digitalization, to allow the entire production line to enter into the digital era. 


ZAM - hot-dip galvanized strip steel is a new type of highly corrosion resistant and environmentally friendly steel sheet. It greatly improves the corrosion resistance of the steel sheet and extends the service life of the steel sheet, Even under severe corrosive environments. it shows its excellent performance and can extend the service life and reduce the cost in line with the national policy of energy saving and emission reduction


Advantages of ZAM products:

1.10-20 times more rust-proof than ordinary galvanized sheet.

2. The thickness of the coating is equivalent to 1/6 of that of ordinary galvanized sheet.

Process features: 

A. Adopting an automatic feeding system, which perfectly solves the problem of material transportation between material buffer storage and the unit.

B. The use of a_ high-precision deviation correcting looper system solves the problem of runout of the medium and wide strip and thick strip and improves the stab1hty of continuous production.

C. The annealing furnace is designed using double cross-limit control technology based on the improved Sengiemir furnace, giving the furnace good manoeuvrability: to realize the fully automatic production in the furnace area.

D. The unit is equipped with an online coating thickness gauge to record the coating thickness in real-time.
